I rented a F700GS from Conrad for three days in December. He was great to communicate with prior to pick-up incl. agreeing what type of tyre would be best suited to my trip, what luggage I want etc. Pick-up was smooth and I got a full explanation of the bike, checked for any existing cosmetic damage etc. I went on a tour to Witsand, then Barrydale and back through the Karoo via Ceres, and the bike was suitably dirty and dusty afterwards… Sorry about that! Returning the bike was a breeze. Conrad is a great no-nonsense guy. I would recommend renting from him to anyone who just wants to get on the road and keep faff to a minimum.
